A bit more of Florence, Italy

Boboli Gardens are located on a hill behind the Pitti Palace in Florence, Italy. The Palace was the home of the Medici family, famous for funding most of the great art and buildings in 16th century Florence. The gardens are one of the first of the formal Italian style, though now common in Europe at the time they were quite out of the ordinary. The view of the city is stunning.
