Tricia and I just spent the last four days on Orcas Island, one of the San Juan Islands. it was everything you could ask for in a weekend, quiet, sunny, good food, and a lot of sketching.

Waiting for the ferry in Anacortes

The ferry stopped briefly at Lopez Island, the cars that came on had to back onto the ferry to be facing the right direction when we got to Orcas.

The first evening I set up my poshade box and did an acrylic on canvas panel. I left this as a gift for the hosts.
