Busy week, but not a lot of art, still found time for a sketch or two though, as one must. It is easier when I am traveling. Some days we just hang out at home, cook, read etc. so the scenery doesn’t change a lot.

The big highlight of the week was on Saturday. Lisa and Tricia put together a birthday party for Tim and me, it was catered and very French. The weather was hot but sitting under the trees at their house was just right. Thank you so much, the food was amazing, there was lots of laughter, and even a bit of music, a perfect day. Autumn continues to approach, we see leaves changing on our walks and drives.

The rest of the week we visited Adam, chatted with friends from France, drove to Newberg to see Alexis and Joe, and I even got a haircut. We cooked but nothing out of the ordinary. So it was just a good week all in all.

Last evening we went to a Happy Hour hosted by the WordPress folks, it was a lot of fun talking with people from all over the world. Tricia is blogging about it today, check it out.
